近来,国家民航总局局长李家祥针对是否该收取机场建设费表示,世界主要国家都在收取机场建设费,而且收的标准比中国还要高;收取机场建设费于国家有利,不能取消。民众呼吁取消机场建设费已有多年,有关部门对此一直推诿遮掩。比如,2002年说机场建设费2005年到期;可到2006年,又将执行期延至2006年年底;接着,2007年又再次延续收费至2010年;而到了2011年,又说延续至2015年年底;今年4月,又将机场建设费改名为民航发展基金。
Recently, Li Jiaxiang, director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, pointed out that whether the airport construction fee should be charged or not, most major countries in the world are charging airport construction fees and the standards are even higher than those in China. Airport construction fees can not be canceled if airport construction fees are collected. People called for the abolition of airport construction costs for many years, the relevant departments have been shrugged off. For example, in 2002, the airport construction fee expired in 2005; until 2006, the implementation period will be extended to the end of 2006; then, in 2007, the fee will be renewed again in 2010; and in 2011, it will continue until 2015 By the end of this year, in April this year, the airport construction fee was renamed as Civil Aviation Development Fund.
