在我眼中,乡村教师是这样一群人:坚守在偏僻的乡村,行走在弯弯曲曲的山路上,依靠三尺讲台,一支粉笔,为千千万万的农村娃,画出一片未来,他们虽然不是国家教育的栋梁,却是穿着草鞋长满老茧的脚板。网络里的大千世界他们摸不着方向,进薪晋级他们机会渺茫,但他们还是在埋头苦干。我也是其中的普通一员,在重庆市彭水县龙溪镇胡家堡小学一干就是19年。对我个人来说,扎根村小已成了我一生的信念,但我也在思考,对广大乡村教师来说,怎样才能薪火相传,延续乡村教育的血脉。
