看着近来中国国有企业扬眉吐气的空前盛况,不禁联想到了美国的国有企业。美国也有国有企业,美国人称之为“政府企业”。与咱们中国备受娇宠叱咤风云的国有企业最大的区别是,他们的国有企业地位一般,影响甚微,其生产总值仅占全国GDP的区区5%,而且还要受各方面的诸多约束管制。美国国有企业主要特点概括如下:
Looking at the unprecedented popularity of Chinese state-owned enterprises in recent days, they can not help but think of the state-owned enterprises in the United States. The United States also has state-owned enterprises, and Americans call it “government enterprise.” The biggest difference between China’s state-owned companies that have been spoiled by their favour is that their state-owned enterprises are in general status with little influence.
