十八届三中全会的《决定》中,关于考试招生制度改革的一段话特别吸引眼球。近几十年众多教育改革的尝试与探索相当一部分都止步于此。其实,考试招生制度改革从来没有停步,但大的突破始终难以开启。这段话,和过去屡次改革描述相比,有什么不同?它能否摆脱掣肘之力,冲出既有的公平与科学的困境?教育领域的难点问题,会因为这次改革得以化解吗?
In the “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the passage on reforming the examination admissions system is especially eye-catching. In recent decades, quite a few attempts and explorations of many education reforms have come to a stop. In fact, the examination enrollment system reform has never stopped, but a major breakthrough has always been difficult to open. Is there any difference between this passage and the description of repeated reforms in the past? Will it be able to get out of the constraints and out of its existing fair and scientific difficulties? Will the difficulties in education be resolved by this reform?
