目的 :了解新型聚氨酯类液体根充材料的根管密封性能。方法 :采用染料渗漏法和扫描电镜观察新型聚氨酯液体根充材料与根管壁之间的密合度及其对根尖孔的封闭能力。结果 :新型根管充填材料能够严密地封闭根尖孔 ,与根管壁间的密合性优于常用根管充填材料。结论 :新型聚氨酯类液体根充材料符合根充材料的基本要求 ,具有成为一种新的根充材料的可能性。
Objective: To understand the root canal sealing performance of new polyurethane liquid root filling materials. Methods: The dye leakage and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the adhesion between the new polyurethane liquid root canal material and the root canal wall and its ability to seal the apical foramen. Results: The new root canal filling material can tightly close the apical foramen, and the adhesion between the root canal wall is better than the common root canal filling material. Conclusion: The new polyurethane liquid root filling materials meet the basic requirements of root filling materials, with the possibility of becoming a new root filling material.
