目的:探讨冠状动脉介入术对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法:96例2型糖尿病患者,依据冠状动脉造影结果分为合并冠心病组和冠状动脉正常组,分别于冠状动脉介入治疗术前、后<24 h静脉采血,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定血管内皮生长因子水平,并对血管内皮生长因子与冠状动脉病变程度及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前后变化作相关分析。结果:合并冠心病组血管内皮生长因子水平高于冠状动脉正常组(P<0.05);随冠状动脉病变支数增加,血管内皮生长因子水平增高(P<0.05);冠状动脉介入治疗术后冠状动脉完全重建者血管内皮生长因子水平下降(P<0.05),冠状动脉部分重建者高于术前(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随着冠状动脉病变支数增加,血清血管内皮生长因子水平明显升高。监测2型糖尿病患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平,对预测其冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度有一定意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of coronary intervention on vascular endothelial growth factor in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Ninety-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease group according to the results of coronary angiography. Blood samples were collected before and 24 h after coronary intervention. The serum was collected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay The level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was measured. The correlation between the level of vascular endothelial growth factor and the degree of coronary artery disease and the change of percutaneous coronary intervention was analyzed. Results: The level of VEGF in CHD group was higher than that in normal coronary artery group (P <0.05). The level of vascular endothelial growth factor increased with the increase of coronary artery lesion count (P <0.05). Coronary artery after coronary intervention Vascular endothelial growth factor levels were decreased in complete remodeling of arteries (P <0.05), and partial remodeling in coronary arteries was higher than preoperative (P <0.05). Conclusion: In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease, serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels were significantly increased with the increase of coronary lesions. Monitoring serum type 2 diabetes patients with serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels, to predict the severity of coronary atherosclerotic lesions of some significance.
