在市农科院土肥所、市土肥站统一部署下,进行了“西瓜素”肥效试验,试验点分设在本县主要的土壤类型上:沟干土、沟干潮泥土、小港潮、黄泥土、夹沙土。全县共十个试验点,现将试验结果汇总如下: 一、促进苗期生长,提早开花苗期喷施“西瓜素”后,西瓜叶色转深,茎叶生长速度加快,喷“西瓜素”后20天左右,叶片比对照多0.5张,主蔓比对照长5厘米左右。同时,能促使西瓜提早开花,增加开花株百分率。据江海乡种子场5月21日调查,喷“西瓜素”比对照平均每株开花数多0.6朵,开花株百分率高13%左右。
