研究结果表明,员工性格与其工作满意度相关联,但对其如何相关的详细研究较少,本文提出基于性格的员工满意度理论模型与数学模型,可为企业管理决策提供借鉴与参考。
The results show that employee’s personality is related to job satisfaction, but there is less detailed research on how it is related. This paper proposes personality-based theoretical model and mathematical model of employee satisfaction, which can provide reference and reference for business management decision-making.
