一、改善搅拌工艺,提高混凝土强度众所周知,在原材料选定之后,水灰比就是决定混凝土强度的主要因素。由于混凝土用水量是根据混凝土和易性的要求确定的,因此采用降低水灰比的方法来提高混凝土强度,必然导致每方混凝土水泥用量的增加,这对大体积混凝土是不利的。于是便提出这样的问题:在水灰比一定的条件下,混凝土的强度能否提高,尤其是能否大幅度地提高。这是人们所关心的,也是混凝土研究中要解决的极其重要的问题。若这个问题能得到解决,就能在一定强度的条件下降低每方混凝土的水泥用量。这不但可获得显著的经济效益,而且对大体积混凝土还可获得降低水化热的技术效果。
