利用水培方法研究了稀土对大豆幼株生长和某些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的稀土溶液(5和10mg/L),能够促进大豆幼苗的生长,增加株高,扩大叶面积,刺激根系发育,有利于干物质积累。同时,稀土还能提高大豆幼株的光合性能,提高硝酸还原酶的活性,增加可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白的含量。较高浓度的稀土溶液(500mg/L以上)严重抑制大豆植株的生长,甚至引起死亡。
The effects of rare earth on the growth and some physiological and biochemical characteristics of young soybean plants were studied by hydroponics. The results showed that appropriate concentration of rare earth solution (5 and 10 mg / L) could promote the growth of soybean seedlings, increase the plant height, expand the leaf area, stimulate the root development, and facilitate the accumulation of dry matter. At the same time, rare earth can also improve the photosynthetic characteristics of young soybean plants, improve the activity of nitrate reductase and increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein. Higher concentration of rare earth solution (500mg / L or more) severely inhibited the growth of soybean plants, and even cause death.
