溶解氧的适当含量是使金高效溶解的必要条件。由于耗氧活性矿物的存在,工业生产中矿浆里的实际溶解氧含量会严重降低,而且氧的溶解度在盐水中也会降低。限制金溶解速度的是氧的有效性,而不是氰化物。离子选择由极溶解氧测定仪能给出相当于氧饱和状态的有效指示,但不能给出盐水中溶解氧的有实际意义的值。它没有能通用的校准曲线。当溶解氧的浓度降低时,添加氧或过氧化物可改善金的浸出动力学,并可降低氰化物的消耗。
The proper level of dissolved oxygen is a necessary condition for efficient gold dissolution. Due to the presence of oxygen-consuming active minerals, the actual dissolved oxygen content of the pulp in industrial production is severely reduced and the oxygen solubility is also reduced in the brine. Limiting the rate of gold dissolution is the effectiveness of oxygen, not cyanide. Ion selection by polar dissolved oxygen analyzer can give a valid indication of oxygen saturation, but can not give a meaningful value of dissolved oxygen in the brine. It does not have a universal calibration curve. Adding oxygen or peroxide can improve gold leaching kinetics and reduce cyanide consumption as the dissolved oxygen concentration decreases.
