我院所辖市皮防所于1986年根据改革的精神,为促进和落实我市的麻风病防治工作,实行了“麻风病防治任务承包制”,由我所作为一方与所辖管八县四区的皮防所(站、科、组)按年度签订“麻风病防治任务承包合同书”,每年检查二次,每年来评比,按任务完成情况发给奖励费。已实行一年,收到良好效果,第二年正实行中。特作介绍,以供参考。
In 1986, according to the spirit of reform, the City Pioneer Institute under the jurisdiction of our institute implemented and promoted the leprosy control task contracting system to promote and implement leprosy prevention and control in our city. The four districts’ defense centers (stations, sections, and groups) have signed the “Leprosy Prevention Task Contract Agreement” annually. The inspections are conducted twice a year. Each year, the assessments are made and incentive fees are issued according to the completion of the tasks. It has been implemented for one year and received good results.
