新媒体文化产业基地与商报院内现有奥利匹克大厦、商报大厦形成一块总宗地用地,任务书只对地下室用地范围做了限制。项目整体用地情况复杂,地面公共空间被全用做停车,北面现有唯一景观资源——树林花园,因为可达性差,无人使用。做为一个对外公开招投标的设计竞赛,本方案针对基地现有缺少公共空间、花园利用率低、与现存建筑保持整体感、提高项目的城市展示面和昭示性等提出合理且有效的方式,最终设计获得专家评委较高的评价。本文主要分享以上设计过程。
New Media Cultural Industry Base and the existing commercial buildings in the Olympic Tower, Commercial Building, forming a total land area, the mission statement only to the extent of the basement land restrictions. The overall land use situation of the project is complex. The public space on the ground is fully used for parking. The only existing landscape resource in the north, the Woods Garden, is unused due to poor accessibility. As a design competition for public bidding, this program proposes a reasonable and effective approach to the existing lack of public space in the base, low utilization rate of the garden, keeping a sense of unity with existing buildings, improving the urban display of the project, The final design of the expert judges get a higher rating. This article mainly to share the above design process.
