我院自1987年2月～1990年2月用醋酸强的松龙悬液鞘膜内注射治疗原发性鞘膜积液45例,收到良好的疗效。报告如下: 资料和方法: (一)资料:年龄1.5～60岁,平均18.6岁,均为原发性鞘膜积液,其中睾丸鞘膜积液32例,精索鞘膜积液11例,精索睾丸鞘膜积液2例。单侧40例,双侧5例。抽液量10～510ml,平均61.6ml,所用药物为国产瓶装5ml(125mg)醋酸强的松龙悬液。 (二)方法:患者平卧,1‰新洁尔灭消毒术野皮肤,助手固定鞘膜囊。术者用9号针头刺入积液之最高点,外接注射器,将积液抽吸干净后,固定针头,将醋酸强的松龙悬液摇匀,按抽液量小于
