3月17～22日,冶金部在重庆钢铁公司召开了重点钢铁企业炼铁工作会议。有20个企业、12所院校的代表参加。会议总结了1979年炼铁生产的成绩,交流了经验,讨论了1980年节焦增产、提高质量的目标和措施。会议根据今年炼铁生产任务重、焦炭供应紧、重油要少供的的情况,确定今年炼铁生产要继续以降焦为中心,狠抓降低焦比措 March 17 ~ 22, the Ministry of Metallurgical held a key iron and steel enterprises iron and steel working conference in Chongqing Iron and Steel Company.
