目的研究玉米须中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。方法以提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数为自变量,以总黄酮的提取率为响应值,经过3因素3水平的响应面Box-Behnken法确定玉米须中总黄酮的最优提取条件。结果最佳提取工艺为:超声功率500 W,超声提取时间为20min,料液比1∶20,乙醇体积分数30%。在此条件下,总黄酮的提取率为1.13%。并用FRAP法对其抗氧化性进行了测定,得到FRAP值为467.59μmol/L。结论玉米须总黄酮是一种较好的天然自由基清除剂。
Objective To study the ultrasonic extraction technology of flavonoids in corn silk and its antioxidative activity. Methods The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids in corn silk were determined by the Box-Behnken method with three factors and three levels of response time, the ratio of solid to liquid and the volume of ethanol as independent variables. Results The optimum extraction conditions were: ultrasonic power 500 W, ultrasonic extraction time 20 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:20 and ethanol volume fraction 30%. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.13%. The antioxidant activity of FRAP was determined by FRAP method. The FRAP value was 467.59μmol / L. Conclusion Corn flavonoids is a good natural free radical scavenger.
