全铝微通道换热器,尤其是百叶窗翅片换热器,已成为家用空调提高效率降低成本的关注热点。但微通道换热器通常采用的百叶窗翅片表面结构复杂,易于被颗粒物污染。本文采用表面流体迟滞区较少的波纹型翅片替代百叶窗翅片,对7种波纹型翅片微通道换热器样件进行了性能测试,得到了空气侧传热和压降特性。利用非线性回归和F显著性检验方法进行拟合,得到的波纹翅片换热和压降关联式可以准确预测90%以上的数据,其预测误差在15%以内。
All-aluminum microchannel heat exchanger, especially louver fin heat exchanger, has become the focus of attention for home air conditioners to increase efficiency and reduce costs. But the micro-channel heat exchanger is usually used louver fin surface structure is complex, easily contaminated by particulate matter. In this paper, corrugated fins with few surface fluid hysteresis zones were used instead of blind fins to test the performance of seven corrugated finned microchannel heat exchangers. The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the air side were obtained. Fitting with non-linear regression and F-test, the correlation of heat transfer and pressure drop of the corrugated fin can accurately predict more than 90% of the data, and the prediction error is within 15%.
