11月13日,青岛市经委向各资产经营公司,各市区经计局(经管局、经发局、经贸局),各有关社会力量办学培训机构、咨询培训机构及培训中心发出通知。依据《青岛市企业职工教育条例》和青岛市经委、青岛市工商局、青岛市民政局《关于加强企业经营管理人员培训市场监管的通知》(青经培[2003]72号)要求,决定对青岛市范围内面向企业经营管理人员开展培训的社会力量办学机构及企业自办培训中心进行备案。参加本次评估备案的范围为:企业自办的培训中心、职工学校、对外开展企业管理培训服务的培训中心;在工商行政管理部门、民间组织管理部门注册并开展企业管理培训项目的社会力量办学机构;经注册的企业管理咨询公司开展管理培训业务的机构。按青经培[2003]72号文要求,新设立企业管理培训机构到有关部门注册后,半个月内到市经委备案;已注册并开展管理培
