针对高应力区硬煤层巷道,由于难以注水,采用传统煤体爆破和大直径钻孔卸压方式往往不能将冲击危险降低到可接受水平。通过现场试验,提出了一种钻煤粉卸压技术,其特点是采用小直径、小孔间距的钻孔钻出大量煤粉,其原理类似于使煤层巷道围岩产生大变形,变“硬”煤为“软”煤,其效果使高应力区煤体得以有效卸压,降低和解除冲击危险,保证工作面安全生产。
For hard coal seam roadways in high-stress areas, the impact hazard may not be reduced to an acceptable level due to the difficulty of water injection and the traditional way of using coal blasting and large-diameter borehole pressure relief. Through field test, a pressure relief technology for drilling coal powder is proposed, which is characterized by drilling a large amount of pulverized coal with a drill hole of small diameter and small hole spacing.
