在我国的教育事业中,幼儿教育是成就人才的基础,在幼儿教育中参与教学活动者就是幼儿启蒙教师,主要负责对幼儿进行素质教育与健康管理,并且要时刻注重对幼儿的个性发展,发现幼儿的个体差异,以此来培养幼儿的整体能力。这就要求在施教环节对幼儿进行因材施教方针,针对不同幼儿的个性进行不同方案的教育,充分挖掘幼儿的潜质。本文通过对因材施教含义的分析,来探讨幼儿教育中实行因材施教的策略。
In our country’s education, preschool education is the basis of achievement talents. The preschool teacher who is involved in teaching activities in preschool education is mainly responsible for the quality education and health management of preschool children. At the same time, we should pay attention to the individuality development of preschool children and find out Children’s individual differences, in order to develop young children’s overall ability. This requires that children should be taught in accordance with their aptitudes in the teaching process, and different programs should be taught for the different young children’s personality to fully exploit the potential of young children. In this paper, through the analysis of the meaning of students according to their aptitude, this article discusses the strategy of teaching students according to their aptitudes in early childhood education.
