目的 为了进一步了解新生儿高胆红素血症对心肌的影响。方法 本文对27例正常新生儿与30例高胆红素血症新生儿血心肌酶谱进行了检测。结果 高胆红素血症的新生儿血心肌酶谱值较正常新生儿明显增高,并且与胆红素值的增高密切相关。结论新生儿高胆红素血症可能造成心肌损害。经营养心肌治疗和随诊观察,高胆红素血症造成的新生儿血清心肌酶谱值增高情况,随着高胆红素血症的治愈而降至正常。提示血心肌酶谱值可作为新生儿高胆红素血症时一项重要的检查指标,对指导临床治疗与转归具有一定的意义。
Objective To further understand the impact of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on myocardium. Methods In this paper, 27 cases of normal newborns and 30 cases of hyperbilirubinemia neonates blood myocardial enzymes were detected. Results Hyperbilirubinemia of newborns blood serum myocardial enzyme spectrum values were significantly higher than normal newborns, and bilirubin values are closely related. Conclusion neonatal hyperbilirubinemia may cause myocardial damage. Nutritional cardiomyopathy treatment and follow-up observation, hyperbilirubinemia caused by neonatal serum myocardial enzymes increased, with the return of hyperbilirubinemia to normal. Prompted that serum myocardial enzymes can be used as neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is an important indicator of clinical treatment and prognosis of a certain significance.
