走出设备完善的试验室,到农村搞试验基点;改变整天和瓶瓶罐罐、资料材料打交道的研究范围,到实践中和社员、和盐碱地打交道,对我来说,既是一埸业务研究工作上的革命,又是一埸思想上的革命。在开始响应党的号召走向农村的时候,思前想后,顾虑重重。怀疑到实践中能不能搞出个名堂来?理论上的东西是不是能和实际情况结合起来?科学研究工作者是不是需要亲自搞示范?三年实践的结果,把这些问号一个一个地勾销了。农村的基点生活,使自己又上了一次实践的大学。在这里学到的生产斗争知识、阶级斗争知识和科学实验远此单纯坐机关研究要丰富得多,也要深刻得多。
