用CO气体脉冲法测定内燃机排气净化铂催化剂(0.3%Pt/Al_2O_3·SiO_2)上CO 的吸附量。基于CO在活性金属铂上为不解离吸附,故可用吸附的CO分子数与催化剂中Pt原子数的比值表示催化剂的分散度 Dco,并从实验数据计算此值。这可表达催化剂活性的大小,在评选催化剂时有一定意义。对催化剂中铂晶粒的几何形态和晶面暴露情况作合理的假设后,用Dco值可进一步计算活性金属铂的表面积和晶粒的平均直径。
Determination of CO Adsorption on Purified Platinum Catalysts (0.3% Pt / Al_2O_3 · SiO_2) by CO Gas Pulse Method. Based on the fact that CO is not dissociatively adsorbed on the active metal platinum, the ratio of the number of adsorbed CO molecules to the number of Pt atoms in the catalyst can be used to represent the degree of dispersion Dco of the catalyst and this value is calculated from the experimental data. This can express the size of the catalyst activity, in the selection of the catalyst has a certain significance. After making reasonable assumptions about the geometry and surface exposure of the platinum grains in the catalyst, the surface area of the active metal platinum and the average diameter of the grains can be further calculated using the Dco value.
