目的:探析支气管哮喘患者应用哮喘宁与布地奈德气雾剂联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年5月至2016年10月收治的81例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=41)。对照组患者给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组患者给予布地奈德气雾剂与哮喘宁联合治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.6%,明显高于对照组患者的77.5%,两组对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患者施行哮喘宁与布地奈德气雾剂联合治疗的效果更加确切,值得临床大力推广与应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of asthma and budesonide aerosol in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 81 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected as control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 41) according to admission order. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol, the observation group was given budesonide aerosol and asthma Ning combination therapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.5%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of combined treatment of asthma and budesonide aerosol in patients with bronchial asthma is more exact and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
