随着科技的快速发展,经济全球化加深,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,核心竞争力是企业立足于市场的重要筹码。保持并提升企业核心竞争力才能使企业具有可持续的竞争优势,获得掌握未来市场的主动权。本文从加强技术、管理、制度和知识方面的创新,提高人力资本,构建优秀的企业文化及构建完善的信息系统等几个方面论述了提高企业核心竞争力的措施。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the deepening of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the core competitiveness of enterprises is an important bargaining chip based on the market. To maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to enable enterprises to have a sustainable competitive advantage, get the initiative to grasp the future market. This article discusses the measures to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises from the aspects of strengthening the innovation in technology, management, system and knowledge, improving human capital, building excellent corporate culture and constructing perfect information system.
