河南省建筑学会工程勘察学术委员会成立大会于1984年9月10日至15日在郑州召开,到会代表68人,除省内各地市及驻豫中央单位代表外、尚有京、沪、辽、鲁,苏、滇、桂等省、市自治区代表参加。大会开幕式上,河南省建筑学会秘书长孟伯廷代表学会宣布了河南省建筑学会工程勘察学术委员会成立及本学委会委员聘任名单。委员会由29人组成,郑晏武同志任主任委员,孙克端、刘铁侠、姚铮芳、郑人龙,于来法等五同志任副主任委员。会议收到论文46篇,其中大会宣读24篇,大会
Henan Provincial Institute of Architecture Engineering Survey Academic Committee was established in September 10, 1984 to September 15 in Zhengzhou, to the meeting on behalf of 68 people, in addition to the provinces and cities in central Henan units and representatives, there are Beijing, Shanghai, Liaoning , Lu, Su, Yunnan, Guangxi and other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions to attend.
