本文通过环胺将~(99m)Tc引入十一烷酸,以期获得新的心肌显像剂。 我们由简单原料合成并分离出反-5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷(Teta),然后与预先制备好的ω-溴代十一烷酸乙酯反应,再用低压氧化铝柱色谱法从反应混合物中分离出反-5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-4,11-二(十一烷酸乙酯基)-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷(Teta-DUAE)。将Teta-DUAE水解,便得到反-5,7,7,12,14,14,-六甲基-4,11-二(十一烷酸钠)-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷(Teta-DUA)。Teta-DUAE与Teta-DUA的红外光谱、质谱和元素分析结果与理论值一致。
In this paper, ~ (99m) Tc was introduced into undecylenic acid through cyclic amines to obtain new myocardial imaging agents. We synthesize and isolate trans-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (Teta) from simple raw materials, Bromo-undecanedioic acid ethyl ester, and then separating the trans-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-4,11-di-tert-butanoic acid ethyl ester from the reaction mixture by low pressure alumina column chromatography (Undecanoate ethyl) -1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (Teta-DUAE). Hydrolysis of Teta-DUAE yielded trans-5,7,7,12,14,14, -hexamethyl-4,11-di (sodium undecanoate) -1,4,8,11-tetrazolium Heterocyclohexadecane (Teta-DUA). Teta-DUAE and Teta-DUA by infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis of the results with the theoretical value.
