本文提出了一种新的液压控制元件——转盘定位式电液伺服马达,以及用这种新型元件控制的全液压舵机的液压系统。这种全液压舵机与目前国内外广泛使用的机、电、液综合控制的随动舵机相比,具有结构简单、造价低廉,制造、使用和维修都很方便的特点。是一种适合于各种类型船舶使用的操舵装置。本文介绍的转盘定位式电液伺服马达操舵仪控制的全液压舵机,是国内外第一台在小型船舶上实现伺服控制的半自动化舵机。与手动液压舵机相比,结构和造价相近,但操舵精度较高。与电-机-液综合控制的舵机相比,结构简单、造价低廉。操舵精度虽有不及,但造价都可降低50%以上。可用于交通船、渔船、拖轮、轮渡、登陆艇中实现半自动操舵。
This paper presents a new hydraulic control element - turntable positioning electro-hydraulic servomotor, and a hydraulic system with a fully hydraulic steering gear controlled by this new element. Compared with the servos that are widely used in machinery, electricity and liquid control at home and abroad, the full-hydraulic servoshafts have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient manufacture, use and maintenance.
