随着我国新闻传媒行业的不断发展,各地报社的财务活动以及现金流动也日益频繁,报社财务活动设计资金额度也越来越大,特别是在当前这样一个市场竞争激烈、成本费用上涨的大形势之下,对于报社的财务管理工作也提出了新的要求。目前国内很多报社都属于国家所有或者是具备国有背景,所以做好报社的财务管理是确保报社持续发展以及国有资产保值增值的有效途径。本文从报社财务管理的现状出发,结合笔者的实际工作经验,就如何提升报社财务管理工作效率展开了论述。

The amount of funds for the newspaper’s financial activities is also increasing. Especially in the current situation of fierce market competition and rising costs and expenses Under the financial management of the newspaper also put forward new requirements. At present, many newspapers in China are owned by the state or have a state-owned background. Therefore, doing a good job in managing the financial affairs of newspapers is an effective way to ensure the sustainable development of newspapers and the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. Based on the actuality of newspaper financial management and combining with the author ’s actual working experience, this article discusses how to improve the efficiency of newspaper financial management.
