目的评价一种新型的B群球菌显色平板的性能。方法收集2014年5月-12月从本院门诊及住院患者的各类临床样本中分离的细菌,共405株,其中B群链球菌105株,菌种的鉴定采用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪,同时采用B群链球菌显色培养基进行重新鉴定。结果使用B群链球菌显色平板对405株临床标本进行检测,105株B群链球菌中检测为阳性的有103株,2株为阴性。300株非B群链球菌菌株中检测为阳性的有9株,其余291株为阴性。B群链球菌显色平板检出B群链球菌的灵敏度为98%,特异性为97%,阳性预测值为91.96%,阴性预测值为99.32%。结论本实验所用B群链球菌显色平板对临床标本中的B群链球菌检测性能较好,适用于妇产医院或基层医院中B群链球菌的分离和鉴定。
Aim To evaluate the performance of a novel B serogroup B plate. Methods A total of 405 bacteria were isolated from clinical samples of outpatients and inpatients from May to December 2014 in our hospital. Among them, 105 strains of group B streptococcus were identified. The strains were identified by VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbiological analysis Instrument, at the same time using Group B Streptococcus chromogenic medium for re-identification. Results A total of 405 clinical samples were tested using group B streptococcal color plates. Of the 105 group B streptococci, 103 were positive and two were negative. Nine hundred strains of non-group B streptococcal positive were detected, and the remaining 291 were negative. Group B streptococcal color detection plate group B streptococcus sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 97%, the positive predictive value was 91.96%, the negative predictive value of 99.32%. Conclusion The streptococcus group B streptococcal color plate used in this study has good performance on group B streptococcus in clinical specimens and is suitable for the isolation and identification of group B Streptococcus in maternity hospital or primary hospital.
