指出了火灾发生后,火势的蔓延情况及影响人员逃生的几个时间段,指出只有必须安全疏散时间小于可用安全疏散时间,人员才能安全逃生。并应用这一理论对河南焦作“天堂”影视厅发生特大火灾的原因、过程进行了分析,提出了应该从这次火灾中吸取的教训。
Pointed out the spread of the fire and the several time periods that affect the escape of the fire after the fire broke out and pointed out that only when the safe evacuation time is less than the available safe evacuation time can the personnel escape safely. This theory is used to analyze the causes and processes of the extraordinarily serious fire in the “Heaven” Television Hall of Jiaozuo, Henan Province, and put forward the lessons that should be drawn from this fire.
