一、“先学后教”模式提出的背景随着新课程改革的实施,以学生为中心的教学思路、教学活动等受到了广大教师的重视和应用,我们的课堂教学发生了很大的变化。同时我们也看到有很多老教师习惯于传统教学,对新的教学方式不屑一顾,甚至嗤之以鼻,仍然按照原来满堂灌的教学方式教学,使教师的教学方式和教材的教学内容分离。学生无法将教师的教学内容和教材整合,从而出现学习困难;另外学生的课堂参与度不高,当然这一点和我们的课时紧张有很大关系。
