采用微波辐射技术,以邻苯二甲酸酐和苯甲醇为原料、SnCl4·5H2O作催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二苄酯。通过对微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸物质的量比以及催化剂用量等影响酯化率的因素进行讨论,确定了最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比7∶1,催化剂用量0·3g,微波辐射功率288W,辐射时间2min。酯化率达到99·0%。
Microwave irradiation was used to synthesize dibenzyl phthalate with phthalic anhydride and benzyl alcohol as raw materials and SnCl4 · 5H2O as catalyst. By discussing the influencing factors on the esterification rate, such as microwave radiation power, irradiation time, the ratio of alkyd and the amount of catalyst, the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of alkyd to the alcohol was 7:1 and the amount of catalyst was 0 · 3g, microwave radiation power 288W, radiation time 2min. Esterification rate of 99.0%.
