利用电镜对Zr-4合金成品管材和准17.78 mm×2 mm管坯内表面缺陷形貌以及成品管材缺陷掰开面进行了观察,并建立了Zr-4合金成品管材折叠形成的模型。结果表明:成品管材内表面缺陷为折叠,这是由于管坯内表面存在缺陷在后续的轧制过程中导致折叠产生。经验证,建立的Zr-4合金管材折叠模型与试验结果一致,可对生产起到一定的指导作用。
The morphology of the inner surface of the finished tube of the Zr-4 alloy, the quasi-17.78 mm × 2 mm tube blank and the breaking surface of the finished tube were observed by electron microscope. The model of the finished tube of Zr-4 alloy was established. The results show that the defects on the inner surface of the finished pipe are folded, which is caused by the defects of the inner surface of the pipe during the subsequent rolling process. It is verified that the model of Zr-4 alloy pipe folded is consistent with the test results, which can play a guiding role in the production.
