从当前我国的发展状况来看,社保资金已经成为社会发展与社会物质保障的重要组成部分,社保资金的管理与落实,在很大程度上对国家的稳定发展产生着巨大的影响,对社保资金的妥善保管与使用,是我国需要长期重视的一项重要工作。而相对来说,社保资金的监管工作具有一定的严格性与系统性,是需要国家相关部门的参与和协调的,尤其针对当前我国财务部门内部监管中存在的一些问题,更应该加强对社保资金的内部监管,并建立长效机制。本文作者从社保资金的方面切入,通过我国财务部门对社保资金内部监管中存在问题的分析,进而提出其加强内部监管的具体措施,对于财务部门做好对社保资金的内部监管,确保社保资金的妥善使用,具有一定的促进意义。
