目的通过对海曙区2007年流动人口传染病现状调查分析,提出流动人口传染病管理对策。方法采取对流动人口疫情报表分析及对流动儿童疫苗接种率抽样调查,分析流动人口传染病管理存在的主要问题,提出措施和对策。结果流动人口的传染病发病率显著高于常住人口,流动儿童免疫存在一定的空白现象。结论流动人口传染病管理需要政府重视、部门协同、齐抓共管。要进一步加强健康教育,提高卫生意识;不断完善社保体系,降低服务门槛。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of infectious diseases in floating population in Haishu District in 2007, and to put forward the management countermeasures of infectious diseases of floating population. Methods To analyze the epidemiological report of floating population and sample survey on the vaccination rate of floating children, and to analyze the main problems existing in the management of infectious disease among floating population and to put forward the measures and countermeasures. Results The incidence of infectious diseases among floating population was significantly higher than that of resident population. There was a certain blank phenomenon in floating children. Conclusion The floating population infectious disease management needs the government attention, departmental coordination, concerted efforts. To further strengthen health education, improve health awareness; constantly improve the social security system, reduce service threshold.
