高校思想政治教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,决定“培养什么样的人才,培养的人为谁所用”。建设高素质的思政教师队伍,是加强高校学生思想政治教育工作的迫切要求。当前高职院校思政教师的培训内容缺乏针对性,对教师培训宣传的力度不够,政策支持力度不够等问题。导致思政教师参加培训的积极性不高,使培训流于形式。为此需要构建新型思政教师培训模式,转变高职院校思政教师培训的理念,加强对高职院校的政策支持,以满足思政教师的实际需求。
Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education and it is decided that “what kinds of talents should be cultivated and who should cultivate people should be used for.” Building a contingent of high-quality teachers for political and ideological education is an urgent requirement for strengthening ideological and political education for college students. The current vocational and technical college teachers lack the pertinence of the content of training, propaganda for teachers is not enough, policy support is not enough and so on. Lead to political and ideological teachers to participate in training enthusiasm is not high, so that the training flow in the form. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a new type of model of political and ideological teacher training, to change the concept of training of political and ideological teachers in higher vocational colleges and to strengthen policy support to higher vocational colleges in order to meet the actual needs of political and ideological teachers.
