针对吉林油田以往找水分层开关换向不易控制致使找水可靠性低,工艺复杂和占井时间长等缺点,研制出一种灵活可靠的细调层气举找水装置。这种装置是通过开关启动器开启井下分层开关,实现气举诱喷,一次工艺管柱实现多层位反复调层找水,不受层位限制,调层操作方便,找水工艺有效率高。地面试验表明,这种装置的开关启动器支撑臂动作灵活,收缩自如,启动器活塞固定时气压在15MPa下20min不泄漏;分层开关密封试验时液压力达到20MPa下20min不泄漏;开关启动器启动分层开关可靠,换向灵活。

This device is through the switch to open the starter switch downhole, to lift the air entrainment, a process of multi-layer column to achieve repeated layers to find water, not subject to layer restrictions, transfer layer easy to operate, find water process efficiency high. The ground test shows that the switch support arm of this device has the advantages of flexible movement and shrinkage, the pressure of the actuator piston does not leak under 15MPa for 20min while the piston of the activator is fixed, and the hydraulic pressure reaches 20MPa and does not leak during the stratification switch sealing test. Layered switch to start a reliable, flexible commutation.
