对不同地理来源的41个禾谷镰刀菌菌株酯酶同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,基本明确了代表禾谷镰刀菌种的标志性酯酶带,根据标志性酶带的变化特点,将供试菌株的酯酶同工酶谱划分为4种类型,其中第一类型占总菌株的80.5%,是禾谷镰刀菌的主体型,其它3种类型的比例均在8%以下。结果对应用酯酶同工酶分析禾谷镰刀菌种的鉴定提供了依据,并使利用生化手段于分类迈向实用化阶段。
According to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of 41 isolates of Fusarium graminearum from different geographical origins, the typical esterase bands representing Fusarium graminearum were basically identified. According to the characteristics of the change of the marked enzyme bands The isozyme patterns of the tested isolates were divided into four types, of which the first type accounted for 80.5% of the total strains, the main type of Fusarium graminearum, and the percentage of the other three types was below 8%. The results provided the basis for the identification of Fusarium graminearum isozymes using the analysis of the esterase isozymes and the biochemical application of the classification to the practical stage.
