对采用极坐标法测量渐开线齿形误差进行了理论分析,包括球形测头与齿面接触轨迹的分析、测量轨迹理论方程式与误差关系式的建立及影响测量精度的关键因素分析。通过分析,作者认为极坐标法适用于中等精度的齿轮检测。
The polar coordinate method is used to measure involute tooth profile error, including the analysis of the contact between the spherical probe and the tooth flank, the establishment of the relationship equation between the measurement path and the error, and the analysis of the key factors affecting the measurement accuracy. Through analysis, the author thinks that polar coordinate method is suitable for medium precision gear detection.
