目的 明确 DNA含量测定是否可作为肾上腺肿瘤良、恶性诊断的指标之一。方法 采用 FCM技术对13例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤 ,7例肾上腺皮质肿瘤 ,肾上腺转移瘤和肉眼正常肾上腺组织各 5例新鲜标本进行了 DNA含量测定。结果 病理为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤及其瘤旁肾上腺标本 DNA含量多为非整倍体 (12 /13) ,但术后无 1例复发和转移 ,而 6例病理为皮质腺瘤标本 2例 DNA含量为非整倍体 ,其中 1例术后出现肝转移而确诊为恶性 ,1例为二倍体的皮质腺癌患者术后长期无瘤生存。结论 测定瘤细胞 DNA含量对鉴别肾上腺皮质肿瘤的良、恶性有参考价值 ,而对肾上腺髓质肿瘤的良、恶性鉴别意义不大。
Objective To determine whether the determination of DNA content can be used as an indicator of benign and malignant adrenal tumors. Methods The DNA content of 5 fresh specimens of adrenal pheochromocytoma, 7 adrenocortical tumors, adrenal metastases and macroscopic normal adrenal glands were determined by FCM. Results The pathological changes of adrenal pheochromocytoma and para-tumor adrenal specimens were mostly aneuploid (12/13), but none of them recurred and metastasized, while 6 cases were pathologically classified as two cases of cortical adenoma The content of aneuploidy, of which 1 case of liver metastasis was diagnosed as malignant, 1 case of diploid cortical adenocarcinoma long-term survival after surgery. Conclusion The determination of DNA content of tumor cells for the identification of benign and malignant adrenal tumors have reference value, and the adrenal medullary tumors of benign and malignant distinction is not significant.
