采用逐步逼近、快速冷却的试验方法,以熔化时间来反映熔化速率的大小,分别考察铁浴温度、碱度、球铁比以及金属化率对钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团熔化速率的影响。研究结果表明:在一定试验条件下,钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团的熔化速率随铁浴温度、金属化率及球铁比的升高而逐渐增大,且金属化率与熔化时间呈线性关系。碱度趋于1.1时,熔化时间最短,即熔化速率较快,当碱度过低或过高时,熔化时间增加。
