介绍一种多孔不规则零件的加工方法及其工装设计,此零件端面分布多个孔,各孔本身有较严格的精度要求,孔与孔之间还有一定的位置公差要求,此类零件按常规方法加工不易保证精度。针对这种零件,本文介绍了采用自行设计的夹具进行加工,不但能够保证加工质量,而且降低了加工难度,且有效缩短了加工时间,提高了效率。
This paper introduces a processing method of porous irregular parts and its tooling design. There are many holes on the end faces of the parts. The holes themselves have more strict precision requirements. There are certain position tolerance requirements between holes and holes. Conventional method of processing is not easy to ensure accuracy. For this part, this paper introduces the use of self-designed fixture for processing, not only to ensure the quality of processing, but also reduces the processing difficulty, and effectively reduce the processing time and improve efficiency.
