一、高新技术企业及其风险点分析 高新技术企业在我国的出现直接源于改革开放和相应的政策环境。这类企业主要从事高新技术开发、生产及销售技术性产品,是科技与生产相结合的技术密集型经济实体,其产品和工艺具有传统企业不可比拟的先进性。但高新技术企业与传统企业相比却又具有明显的高风险性。我国高新技术企业在创办与发展过程中的高风险性主要表现在如下几个方面:
I. Analysis of High-tech Enterprises and Their Risk Points The emergence of high-tech enterprises in our country derives directly from the reform, opening up and the corresponding policy environment. Such enterprises are mainly engaged in high-tech development, production and sale of technical products, technology and production is a combination of technology-intensive economic entities, their products and processes with the traditional enterprise incomparable advanced.
