为解决机器人焊接CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的信息共享,开发了焊接工件特征造型系统。提出了焊接工件特征的概念和分类。分析讨论了焊接特征造型方法,提出将焊接工件的造型分解为工件的造型和接头造型的思想,采用三维CAD平台建立了通用工件的造型,基于该平台二次开发实现了焊接接头的特征造型。介绍了焊接工件特征造型系统设计框架,给出了接头坡口基于特征库的特征设计实现技术。
In order to solve the problem of robotic CAD / CAPP / CAM system information sharing, a welding workpiece feature modeling system was developed. The concept and classification of welding workpiece characteristics are proposed. The method of welding feature modeling is analyzed and discussed. The idea of decomposing the shape of the welding workpiece into the shape of the workpiece and the shape of the joint is proposed. The common workpiece shape is established by using the 3D CAD platform. The secondary development of the platform realizes the characteristic modeling of the welding joint. The design framework of welding workpiece feature modeling system is introduced, and the design and implementation technology of joint groove based on feature library is given.
