通过对D级抽油杆20CrMo钢疲劳断裂的实验研究,得出抽油杆的螺纹段、杆体、过渡段和扳手方段疲劳裂纹的扩展速率及门槛值。同时分析了不同应力比对材料疲劳裂纹扩展速率及门槛值的影响。
Through the experimental research on the fatigue fracture of Grade D sucker rod 20CrMo steel, the expansion rate and the threshold value of the fatigue crack in the threaded section, the rod body, the transition section and the wrench section of the sucker rod are obtained. At the same time, the effect of different stress ratio on fatigue crack growth rate and threshold value was analyzed.
