机床主轴系统支承参数的识别是机床动态优化设计中的一个首先必须解决的问题。本文根据机械振动分析理论,提出了一种用振型拟合原理识别机床主轴支承参数的新方法,并编制了相应的计算机识别程序。本识别方法不仅对滚动轴承适用,对滑动轴承也同样是适用的。
The identification of bearing parameters of the spindle system of the machine tool is one of the first problems to be solved in the dynamic optimization design of the machine tool. Based on the theory of mechanical vibration analysis, this paper presents a new method to identify the spindle support parameters of the machine tool using the vibration mode fitting principle, and compiles the corresponding computer recognition program. This method of identification applies not only to rolling bearings but also to plain bearings.
