鉴于儿童、成人和老年人同样类型肺部血管的结构差异很大,因而病理学家在对肺部病变作出正确诊断之前必须熟悉各个年龄时期肺部血管的不同结构。然而,在普通组织学书籍中却很少描述有关肺部血管的这种不同结构。本文在复习了胚胎时肺组织发育的各个时期后,详细叙述了肺部血管(包括内膜、中膜和外膜)的结构,特别是肺部动脉的结构。除了描述正常肺部弹性动脉和肌型动脉外,作者还对这些动脉在宫内胎儿期、儿童期、成人期和老年期的不同结构作了简短的叙述。愿本文对病理学家和组织学家的工作有所帮助。
Given the wide variety of structures in the lungs of the same type in children, adults and the elderly, pathologists must be familiar with the different structures of the pulmonary blood vessels of all ages before they can make the correct diagnosis of lung lesions. However, it is seldom described in ordinary histology books about this different structure of the pulmonary blood vessels. After reviewing the various stages of lung development in embryos, the paper details the structure of the pulmonary blood vessels, including the intima, media, and adventitia, and in particular, the structure of the pulmonary arteries. In addition to describing the normal pulmonary elastic and muscular arteries, the authors also briefly describe the different structures of these arteries in the uterus during fetal, childhood, adulthood and old age. May this article be helpful to the work of pathologists and histologists.
