以甲基四氢苯酐(MTHPA)和聚乙二醇600(PEG600)为原料,合成了一种双端羧基化合物(MTHPA-PEG600-MTHPA);然后将其与环氧树脂(EP)反应,制备出一种非离子型水性EP。结果表明:该水性EP可与任何比例的水在搅拌条件下配成水乳液,并且其经3 000 r/min离心分离30 min后无分层现象,说明其稳定性较好;该水性EP的平均粒径为77 nm,其胶膜的铅笔硬度为3H,并且胶膜的附着力、耐水性、耐酸性和耐溶剂性等俱佳。
A double-ended carboxyl compound (MTHPA-PEG600-MTHPA) was synthesized from MTHPA and polyethylene glycol 600 (PEG600) and then reacted with epoxy resin (EP) to prepare A non-ionic aqueous EP.
