研究了钢纤维沥青混合料的物理力学性能,包括钢纤维沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度,动稳定度,常温、低温劈裂强度等,分析了钢纤维对沥青混合料性能的影响。研究结果表明:沥青混合料中加入钢纤维可使低温劈裂强度明显提高,开裂时的变形显著增大,从而改善沥青路面的低温抗裂性能,同时在常温条件下钢纤维沥青混合料的抗拉强度和高温抗车辙性能有一定改善。介绍了钢纤维沥青路面施工拌和方法及试验路的使用效果。
The physical and mechanical properties of steel fiber asphalt mixture were studied, including the Marshall stability, dynamic stability, normal temperature and low temperature splitting strength of steel fiber asphalt mixture. The influence of steel fiber on the properties of asphalt mixture was analyzed. The results show that the addition of steel fiber to asphalt mixture can significantly improve the low-temperature splitting strength and significantly increase the deformation during cracking, so as to improve the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt pavement. Meanwhile, Tensile strength and high temperature resistance to rutting a certain improvement. The application of steel fiber asphalt pavement construction mixing method and test road is introduced.
